India has NOT violated Indus Water treaty, hell we didn't even do it during wars. The GOI belives that treaty settles one major issue for all time and has stuck to that formula.

Yea, the GOI said that the treaty withheld 2 or 3 wars but nothing about the new dams and diverting water here and there...nor does it state about EXCESSIVE pumping and lack of sustainable use of resources

No idea why India is denying they are incapable of efficiently utilizing water and are actually excessively wasting it
