Scientists say Indian farmers draining Pakistan’s waters

I already showed that is not the case esp when India is building a dam there...

But he is right.. India is pumping water from our land. And there is no treaty between India and Pak about ground water usage.. So this complaint is simply a whine because Pakistan is not able to manage irrigation at its end. Very similar to the bogey around river water stealing that Pakistan raised despite its own officials admitting that they dont have the ability to even use the water that comes into Pakistan.

Those dams are for electricity generation purpose, eventually they have to release the water with out diverting the water.

Your politicians will always include some Indian element so that , people like you can blame India and forget about pakistan's mismanagement.

Yea, and they will realease the water when Pak is already having flooding...typical! You guys have done that before...dont deny!

@Talon why this kolaveri di and insecurity??

There is a mechanism for dam control hope India Govt. will clarify this clearly and suppress this pakistani govt. propaganda

Its not just water, farming in the Indian Punjab is highly mechanized as compared to Pakistani Punjab. The average size of farmland is also bigger in the Indian Punjab.

Pakistani Punjab is primitive compared to the Indian Punjab.

Idiot Indian that's from 2005-2006, even your own source says there is a far higher number of farms in Pakistan Punjab than Inian Punjab. The difference in mechanization in some areas isn't even great for 2005-2006, try comparing more recent statistics.

Had the Pakistani Governments built enough dams maybe this problem could have been much smaller.

since then India has modernised more while pakistan has traced back to stone age. considering size of Indian Punjab is much less than Pakistan Punjab i can just feel sorry for pakistan.

It’s just the beginning. Next thing Indians will install large Air Turbines to suck the air from the Pakistani sky. And Pakistan govt. will be watching. No electricity, no water, no air.:omghaha:  :laughcry:

Very true man, I always buy Pakistani basmati rice (Badshah basmati) as it is damn cheap as compared to the Indian counterpart (Kohinoor) or the British importer brand Tilda (which imports basmati grown in Haryana, India). Why is Indian Basmati expensive than the Pakistani one??

As they say, "You pay for quality". I don't recommend you eat cheap rice as it may be adulterated.

Reminds me of Pakistani umpires way back when neutral umpires were not the norm for cricket matches :)
