Syria= 1.2 million iraqi refugees
Lebanon= 40000 iraqi refugees
Egypt= 150000 iraqi refugees
Sweden= 79200 iraqi refugees
US= 7000 iraqi refugees
Australia= 6000
meanwhile in india = only 2 iraqi refugees are seeking shelter

why did not these Iraqi brothers go to Pakistan?

There are many unregistered iraqis in Pakistan. Most of them have now acquired Pakistani citizenship. ANd again it doesnt matter, they were after all only two iraqis which chosen to opt for india.

Look they were only two people, not 2 million and its their own choice to go where ever they want. If they have chosen india then fine.
But still it the bare fact that Pakistan is world largest host of refugees. We have hosted millions of afghans during soviet invasion and also during american invasion. And apart from afghan, i heard some where that few of uzbeks,tajiks and others also seek refugee in Pakistan during Soviet invasion.

The reason why iraqis are not looking towards south asian countries for seeking shelter is because they prefer arab countries which are in their neighbourhood, if two or three people seek refugee in india, then it doesnt matter.

Exactly that is what I am asking .Why didnt they chose another Muslim nation in this SA that is so close to the Arab and Ummah?
FYI :These refugees dont have anything with us.They chose here but we didnt interfere in their nation.
But Pakistan was interfered in Afghanistan at all levels.

We too have many unregistered illegal bdesi migrants.... Don't forget Nepali n Bhutanese ppl handing out their contributions to growth of India home country respectively while fully abiding the law of land while living in India....

Thats actually the exaggerated value, yes i admit few of bengalis did went there in india but 10 million is very big number to be true. If this was really the case then india would have been the largest refugee host of the world. But the reality is totally opposite to this.

I dont know much about india and i frankly dont even care, but the thing which astound me was that the indians were acting like as if they have hosted 2 million iraqi refugee. And just look at the thread how they have been taunting Pakistan. LoL
