SC upholds decision of demolishing Nasla Tower in Karachi

I've got a better idea. Transfer ownership of it over to the persons who's land it was built on. If it was built on state land, then transfer it over to the state and let the state earn from the rent. This might be a much better approach than knocking down homes. The state could aggresively persue loads of illegal properties built on state lands. The properties could then once the current leases finish be turned into low cost social housing.
It has been sold. Rhe owner would have no issue.
Now when it is broken the people would demand their money back and I think it is binding for him to give their money back. Which would serve him right and a very hard message given to people.
Why pakistan cities look so ugly and their world while even poor countries cities look good.
Its because of 2 reasons. One there is no land grabbers and illegal construction and 2nd is that all the footpaths are clean and their is no encroachment. In pakistan you shop is outside your shop on footpath and inside of the shop is just to pack up things at night. If you just do these 2 things. Remove all enchrocments and empty footpaths and remove all illegal properties. All of your cities would look thousands times better.

.
demolish it and also hang the corrupt head of karachi building control authority, KDA or KMC whoever is responsible for giving permission to build it on an occupied plot of land.

It should be demolished so people learn lesson and stop buy property on govt land.
