Why can't you treat India as a friendly nation to Pakistan? India will give most favored nation status to Pakistan since Pakistan requested to allow them to do business in India. Well its personal perception . But still building and investment is going on in furnance and gas trubines plants, for example most recent Nandipur plant.

I said future projects, nandipur equipment was lying around for years it's a past project which if weren't for PPP's incompetence would have been long built by now.

We don't follow OPEC pricing whatsoever. And we never put something on a deferred payment as the prices of oil can easily go up and down every month, which will inflict a damage on the revenues per quarter, let alone years.
