Pakistan To Digitally Connect Workforce Portal With UAE
The initiative is one of its kind!

Ever since taking the charge of Special Assistant to the PM for Overseas Pakistanis, Zulfiqar Bukhari better known as Zulfi Bukhari has taken numerous steps to facilitate overseas Pakistanis. Now, the Special Assistant to the PM for Overseas Pakistanis has taken one more step to facilitate the country’s workforce.
The Special Assistant to PM, in a meeting with UAE’s officials, has agreed on digitally connecting the country’s workforce portal with the United Arab Emirates.
Zulfi Bukhari in a meeting with Minister of Human Resources and Emiratization of the UAE, Nasser Bin Thani Al Hamli, proposed the idea. Nasser Bin Thani Al Hamli agreed to the idea proposed and the two ministers also agreed on taking further steps to implement the idea.
Talking on the occasion, Zulfiqar Bukhari stated that digital connectivity will have an important role in the improvement of job opportunities for Pakistani nationals in the brotherly country. The SAPM went on to add that the recent decision taken by the two sides will not just decrease the recruitment costs but it will also prove to be fast and transparent.

The two sides also agreed on strengthening the long-standing relationship between the two countries. Nasser Bin Thani Al Hamli acknowledged the vital role Pakistanis have played in the development of UAE.
Moreover, Zulfiqar Bukhari and Nasser Bin Thani Al Hamli also stressed on the implementation of the recently signed MoU in the field of manpower between Pakistan and UAE.
Zulfiqar Bukhari is on a visit to the UAE where he is attending 5th Ministerial Consultations of the Abu Dhabi Dialogue (ADD). The meeting between the two officials took place in the sidelines of the conference.
