The present kingdom is more interested in accumulating the arms in its country.. As the new king has taken the powers new frontiers of war have been started... Yemen in few years back and now Qatar has been targeted by the Saudi. I am seeing few more grounds of war by the saudi.. even its internal issues are getting problems and treated even with its family members aggressively...

With hybrid electronic equipment from the west ( that saudi arabia can procure )
