I do not think, the situation is like that. Pakistan gave this technology to Iran but never to Saudis. Pakistan is just milking Saudi Arabia and Iran understands that. In coming years, Pakistan will eventually mount a diplomatic offensive to get a similar deal as India got for nuclear energy and for this offensive to be successful, Pakistan will have to stay away from doing any shady deals with Saudis (or anyone else) in order to prove itself as a reliable state. But till that time, Saudis can be milked without delivering them anything. This is Pakistan's strategy.

If that is the case then it is mutually beneficial for both countries, since Pakistan can hide a second or third strike capability in KSA among other Muslim places, and SA will have nukes at hand for any nuclear contingency.
To say that KSA has financed the Pakistani nuclear program will be a false statement according to Butho's declaration of eating grass.
To say that Pakistan has proliferated nuclear weapon technologies it to lie to oneself, since every major nuclear power country has got its bomb technology from somewhere else... Mainly from the US. India too got some help from some commonwealth friends. Usrael got it from France, Britain and the US among many other European countries. So if there was any nuclear proliferation, it was mostly Western based. Muslims had no choice but to seek a deterrence against this threat, maybe with some Chinese's help, but that is not certain if one is familiar with the story of A.Q.Khan and the other Pakistani parallel program.
Algeria, according to some official French media has a few nuclear bombs of its own. And many other Arab or Muslim countries are suspected of having some if not working on them.
Iran has declared officially that it does not need or want them. One can understand that with the capacity of Iran to make sophisticated Ballistic Missiles in the hundreds of thousands if need be (They produce cars in the millions annually), there is no needs for nuclear weapons. And still they have designed the latest technology nuclear warhead that has baffled the west... just in case!
