With a statement like this, India building Chabahar port and transit route to Afghanistan sounds like a good idea in retrospect. Once Afghanistan has access to that route, it could care less about using Pakistan.

I am beginning to think USA lacks cojones to sanction Pakistan. USA couldn't sanction Pakistan when Pakistan was building nuclear program right under their noses.
