I can not fathom the logic behind this, actually governments make decision base upon their long term plan and strategies for the future of their countries which could be different from country to country due to many factors ... for instance Iran started its efforts to get peaceful nuclear program and enrichment cycle late 80s by virtue of economical, scientific and by having an eye on energy sector therefore to grant this goal Iran has stood for its right so far even under toughest sanctions ever imposed on a nation .. but when Saudi says I want this 'cause it's been given to Iran, it looks like as if a spoiled kid envies other kid for what he's got and he doesn't have not base upon their own long-term plans and interests.

I do not think so. If Pakistan was to give them, they would have already. According to IAEA, Pakistan actually did give enrichment tech to Iran and Libya but never to Saudi Arabia. It means only one thing, the relationship is not that deep as talked about. Beside, Pakistan wants to come forward as a responsible state in nuclear affairs, so that in future, they can become part of NSG or at least get a waiver as India did. Such a shady deal with Saudi Arabia will kill Pakistan's strategic aspirations.

Saudi Arabia has money but it lacks skilled manpower. It is not in the same league as Iran which has gained its position through trial by fire of over three decades of isolation, sanctions, existential wars etc.

I can not see any logic to Saudi demands. If non proliferation is the goal Saudis are in for a rude awaking. However if parity in the region is the aim of world powers then it is perfectly possible that Saudis would be given the necessary assistance to aquire nuclear deterrence.
