Given that the Shahed-129 is not designed to evade radar, I doubt that new intake was implemented to reduce RCS (even though it might do so anyway). IMHO its much more likely that it was adopted to do 1 or more of the following:

1) Improve aerodynamics.
2) Improve air flow to the engines (least likely IMO, since the intake appears smaller than the combined 4 intakes in the previous versions).
3) Simplify and reduce cost of production, since 1 intake is cheaper than the 4 we saw previously on the older Shahed-129 variants + easier to produce.

I guess you already have seen Iranian SAR equipped UAV. It's called Yasir and carry a NanoSAR radar,Thanks to Canada and USA.
For fotros you must have patience
