Russian warplane violates Turkish airspace

Well, i can't blame Pakistan though, China is still their biggest backer both militarily/economically/diplomatically. So obviously if push comes to shove Pakistan leadership will(and they ought to if they are rational/pragmatic enough) side with the bigger side(China) which suits their interests. On this one i can't blame them though, since i will do the same.:D

THERE ARE NO PERMANENT FRIENDS IN GEO POLITICS ONLY PERMANENT INTERESTS.:enjoy:

Like your sarcasm but in reality its different. Saudi Arabia thought the same but when it comes to our core interests we do know how to say no. Turkey is a friendly country with whom we enjoy close relations. No wallet can over come that rest assured.

Fake, no second violation.

It was a Syrian Mig, interesting how the Turks are making a big fuss about this when Turkish aircraft regularly violate Syrian airspace, bomb Syrian soil, shoot down Syrian aircraft and even conduct ground operations.
Crimea invaded by Russia, Russian mercenaries in Ukraine, killing civilians in Syria and lot more. Too much Vodka isn't that good, you better stfu and gtfo :nhl_checking:

Georgia thought that America would help them when Russia invaded in 2008.

Ukraine thought America would help them when Russia took back Crimea in 2014.

Philippines thought that America would help them when China seized the Scarborough shoal in 2012.

South Korea thought that America would help them when North Korea killed hundreds of South Korean sailors in 2010.

In all cases, America did NOT come to help, even when they had active "mutual defence treaties" with these allies (the Philippines for example).

When push came to shove, they abandoned their "mutual defence treaties" and other such assurances. Why would America fight a nuclear war for a foreign country that most of them couldn't even point out on a map?

When it comes to a fight against Russia, you're going to be fighting alone.

They apologized and are now warned.
Next time we shoot it in 'our airspace' and that isn't a reason for war.

If US & NATO ever planning to engage Russia anywhere than there is no batter place then Turkish Air space, Land borders and sea routes. If Bosporus route cut off Russia will be half finished.

None of them are NATO members .NATO members ,like tiny Estonia, can afford to treat its Russian ethnics like second class citizens, denying them voting rights even if Russia is their direct neighbour and Russia can't do anything but foam at the mouth.

US has no mutual defense treaty with Ukraine.

Source for US not helping SK, we have troops over there, we couldn't NOT help, you are blowing smoke.

Fire actual weapons at a filipino military ship and find out.

We will defend the philippines if

1: they request our help

2: they are willing to shed blood in defense of their land.

The Philippines did not request our help on scarborough shoal nor was there any fighting. a masterful move by China, but says nothing about our willingness to abide our treaty obligations.

As for your nuclear threats. you can only threaten so long before people do not take you seriously. Look at North Korea for example.

so many killed civilians. Media even portraying the image of a dead girl that surfaced 5 days before Russia began the bombing claiming it was from a Russian air strike.

If I would be you I would worry more about how Turkey aided in destabilizing Syria by allowing terrorists to cross into Syria which is assentialy an invasion.

Nothing will happen. The region is hot.
Either Türkiye nor Russia will risk to ruin their partnership in many fields.
It's slogans before the elections.
But a false flag operation may happen from others !

Man everyone in the world saw what happened in Crimea (now Russian territory). And in Scarborough shoal (now Chinese territory).

America blew tons of smoke, but nothing else. Russia and China took action, and territories changed hands.

And yes, North Korea regularly threatens to nuke America (seems to be a ritual for them), however their capability is nowhere close to that of Russia.

You'll have to wait a few years before North Korea actually has the capability to carry out their threats.

Meanwhile, US Air Force expands presence over Turkey in regions close to Syria, namely the Incirlik AB (10th ABW/ USAF 39th ABW) and Diyarbakır AFB (8th ABW).

Gen. Breedlove, Supreme Allied Commander Europe, said more deployments of US aircraft to Turkey is scheduled

Some different views for discussion

"This is not likely to be a short-term commitment. As America unfortunately discovered, fighting “terrorism” can be a well-nigh permanent occupation. Moreover, having put its credibility on the line Moscow cannot easily disengage, irrespective of the cost."

Of course, Moscow’s efforts in Syria are likely to have ill effects—on the Syrian and Russian peoples, and perhaps far beyond. Russia’s campaign will change the balance of forces in the Middle East. Opined Ali Khedery, who served five U.S. ambassadors in Iraq, “this is the beginning of what will be a long-term Russian strategic presence in the Middle East.”

NATO is another dimension, its an alliance with strictly defined rules when to help and when not.
Dont confuse a agreement and a alliance, its something whole different.

And lets leave the nuclear scenarios a side, noone is gonna use it.
