Nope. I had the 'scholar' who wrote this 'story' in mind. It is amusing that USA is supposed to have powers to do things which approach god-like abilities.

how could enemy gain a control on it ? for instance if US thinks it can install such a weapon in Pakistan , but it cant do the same in Russia or other country where it has presence .
