oh,How come Chinese rockets are very reliable,how about Indian rockets?

yeah indians,canadians,french and others are sending flys in to space only americans and russians are sending rockets.and china is the only supplier to them.

How can India help Russia in this regard?.......the Protom-M was a 'heavy lifter' and India is not yet capable of 'heavy lifting' but China is.....
Canada doesn't even have a satellite launcher.....India launches their Satellites.....and you're saying Canada can help Russia.....LOL
Regarding France, they're member of ESA and their product or service is expensive too........so the cheapest alternative for Russia was China........

really??proton m launch is of 5.5 tonnes in geo stationary orbit and 22 tonnes in low orbit. india is planning a launch of 640 tonnes with gslv this year.and perhaps u dont know that canada already has a space agency yes they use our rockets to launch their satellites what u dnt know is we too use rockets of other countries to launch our satellites.its not just about capability lot of things come in to the picture.u only build a rocket only if its economical .

besides the the article clearly mentions the booster failure for a 5.5T launch i guess all these countries has the capability to manage the issue not just china from china!!

You are incredibly misinformed. GLSV has a mass of 640 tonnes, its payload is only 10 tonne at low earth orbit and 4-5 tonne at geo-stationary. Proton-M has a mass of 712 tonnes.

GLSV has a mass of 640 tonnes, its payload is smaller at the proposed 10 tonne at low earth orbit and 4-5 tonne at geo-stationary but it has failed continuously to date.
Proton-M has a mass of 712 tonnes and has a much longer proven record of successful launches.
