Seems more like your bias than anything. Not everyone is motivated by terms such as 'race', whether a factory worker or a head of state.

Not everyone is motivated by race, but most are, subconscious or not.

People are motivated to be better than others. First is the "self" level, then the national level, then ..the race level.

You don't have to not lie about answering these questions. Would you love it if other race is ruling you? If other race is more advance and stronger than you? Would you not strive to be better. I say this again, the struggle between the East and West throughout history is not about "communism", or human rights b.s vs Freedom or capitalism, it's about racial superiority.
