What would make it believable if the Russians said it, not when the President who is related to the manufacturer is trying to market UAVs has said it.

They had problems with Chinese quality control and instead of military grade tech they got civilian components for their drones what are assembled in KSA.
Basically Chinese are charging prices associated with military tech but actually send cheaper civilian components what can't take beating so to speak.

I think Turkey can benefit far more working with Russia than with Ukraine. However, being an American vassal, Turkey is forced to be enemy of Russia and therefore harms itself.
