Both Sergei Shoigu and Army Chief of General Staff, Valery Gerasimovs performance in this war to date has been subdued and disappointing.

Changing the military top is not going to change this russian version of a sovjet army. Its still inept.
Wagner sacrificed thousends for some minor success in Ukraine. Prigozhin might blame the Russian MOD for the loses, but those loses secured his status. Putin is not going to let Wagner control the narrative at the expense of thousends of russian conscripts dying in Ukraine.
Prigozhin is a dead man and Putin is crippled. I doubt Putin dares to mobilize and arm the russian population after this.

American so far is not so effected by the war as much as European because USA has huge oil, gas, and coal where this commodities have already been raising since the war happened and until now is not going back to pre-war price.

With Russian oil and gas being blocade from European market, it makes Russian become more cooperative with OPEC, this is why you are not likely to see oil below 70 USD per barrel anymore since any price declining will be responded by the cut of supply from both OPEC and Russia
