Theyre not the same video though, nor are they the same Leo. That would be like me saying all the videos of multiple villages being taken by Ukraine are in fact different photos of the same village. The only difference is one set of members get banned and another pat each other on the back.

Simple logic?
One way to end the war is to reduce russias economic capacity to do so.
Hence the sanctions.

Some countries chosen to ignore these sanctions and are diplomatically adressed to adhere to them. If not out of respect for international law and human rights (russia is a fascist agressor), then to retain good relations with the west.

USA heavy handed “with us or against us” has proven less effective in the past so some diplomacy is fine.
