J-10C is cheaper to service. Su-75 is developed to replace MiG-29. J-10C uses 1 big engine. Good for replacing MiG-29 which is similar in size.

MiG-29 is not built anymore except the MiG-29K for the navy which requires 2 engines for safety on carriers. J-10C is good stop gap measure until Su-75 is ready for production.

Russian like 2 engine fighter because of large geography of their country in 80s MIG propose single engine jet to Soviet airforce but they rejected it for the same reasons

And Su-75 is basically a export orientated fighter I have doubt that it will make a place in cash starved Russian airforce
