Russia rejects Chinese help offer on Japan disputes

Japan set Manchukuo and Inner Mongolia up as puppet states, not annexed directly as part of Japan, and their colonization schemes failed to make ethnic Japanese the majority in those areas. (They tried to import more Japanese to Korea too, but failed since Koreans still outnumbered them) but the Japanese were succesfuly in demographically changing Hokkiado, Kuriles, and South Sakhalin with Japanese majority and reducing Ainu to minority. The Japanese also never recognized the Ainu language and forced them to assimiliate, with no autonomous region. Japan in fact has no autonomous regions for either the Ainu or Okinawan native minorities, and their languages are not recognized and dying out, they mostly speak Japanese.

Japan is one of the most homogenous country. They don't get to be that way by being tolerance to other culture.

Why you could make sure that's a false story ?
We consider it as a doubt, because the same offer always intend to be in secret.

Because those nips have the notorious habit of fabricating the false story.

Just like they claimed that they are going to shoot down J-10 in January 2014, lmao.

IF Russia get rich, they turn to be back the power level as before.
And Japan would offer the prosperity to strengthen Russia, instead of making Chinese richer.

Japan feels safe to be with Russia, Russia always show us they are peaceful power.

China always want to separate that cooperation, as tactic "divide to control".

thats a well thought out decision from russia.any such alliances especially between russia and china which have territorial disputes with japan which has the backing of u.s have potential to created dangerous proxy wars or cold war 2 scenarios might erupt .

I do not understand those Japanese - they ask for 70 years for those islands. They really think that Russia will give them it's land?
we have to play nice to japanese so we can sell them our resources and make them depend on our trade as long as they keep believing we will give them back

they could integrate it just like they did with Korea...as both were "Pro Japanese puppet states",it'd not been hard.right???

you're wrong..Ainu wasn't only people who settled there...you forgot Nivakh and Orok..but you're talking about history of some 20000 years..we couldn't be possibly qualified to tell why only so few of them remained now,or how they mixed with other peoples.every country has this kind of "Native People" who becomes extinct or now on the verge of extinction..

It is a good way to bait out more investment from them.

I think Russia should keep milking them dry.

How exactly is China asking for help when it offered help in the first place?

As report, China offered 2 vs Japan ... in Kuril case and in Senkaku case ...

And after Russia rejected, everybody know that China is the one who need help.

( China: Please help us in Senkaku case. And we also help you in Kuril case. Russia: No We don't need your help, and won't help you. Let face the Senkaku issue alone. )

Once again, how does China's offer translate to their need for Russian help? The Chinese wanted to express their support and the Russians said they were doing well themselves; where did anyone say that China wanted Russian help?

Of course, Russia would not accept our offer. We wouldn't accept anyone offer to support us in the Paracel and Spratly islands too because we are currently controlling them.
