4# There would have been foreign trips taken but not for supporting the war, but to gather economic assistance for the refugees and for Pakistan.

Moral and military support was amply provided by the US, China and the UK. Though not mentioned in the conversations here, the UAE sent in half a squadron of fighter aircraft and the Indonesians dispatched at least one naval vessel to fight alongside the Pakistani Navy.

That's because a war would mean not only a threat to their lives, but also a cut in their corrupt money making routine. Its more profitable for our current leadership to send dossiers instead of fighting aggression with aggression.
