True but If there was no America to shift it's manufacturing units to China the industrial modernisation would have never took off at this phase. My assumption is that with new gov't in India more leaning towards US sure we can expect a repeat of 1960-1999 of china in the next 30 years or so.Not lucky..
They had good governance since the 80s while we were worshiping the Gandhi family.
But US learnt their lessons of the past so they will be cautious about helping to make their high tech goods. But it's too late for now as we already took over China on servicing sector . It's high time we push for industrialisation . Hope we won't follow Chinese. They spoiled their soil and polluted their air. Now nearly some 20-25% of Chinese agricultural soil are poisoned not fit for agriculture. Now they importing rice from japenese and selling their downgrades to countries like pakistan Africa and north Korea with fancy printed covers
