I hope so but i'm not optimistic as much as you about number of ready to fire missiles. Minister said that we purchased 2 systems and 4 batteries so number goes down to 48 missiles. If a battery will have 4 launchers, it will at most 64 ready to fire missiles.

Russia will treat S-400 deal with Turkey the same/almost the same way Russia treated Iran with S-300.
I am not against Turkey getting it, but i worry Russia OR NATO will pull some sketchy move.

Sketchy actions only result in sketchy reactions. There's a reason Turkey is only paying 45% up front and the rest is being financed by Russia. It's a "trust building measure".

Can someone educate me why Turkey needs S-400 while they enjoy chapter 5 defense umbrella from NATO ?

NATO pull their air defense systems when we need it most, so Turkey lost its trust towards NATO. Bunch other reasons behind it.

Yup, Russians basically got the payment that the US would've gotten had the Yanks not been aiding terrorists against Turkey. Russia has never taken Turkey's money and not delivered. We have excellent relations.

There is a covert embargo and sabotage against Turkey. They delay already paid or contracted systems and parts or deliver non standart as it happened by Thyssen Krupp for our new submarines.

I hope Iran will not end in Chaos, next target could be Turkey.

The intention is that the Turkish airspace is protected by the S400 system until the Hisar project is completed. In principle, the system has been purchased in order to be able to complete the Hisar project safely and successfully. S400 will of course remain active afterwards.

Turkey is not the next Pakistan and Urdun, Turkeys too big to bite for them. They will try weaken us before do such a think, also they don’t have a budget for it.
