Do you actually believe that all if any of those warheads will actually hit targets in Russia? As if Russia does not have counters for such threats. Even if a few warheads made it through it would not achieve anything like you think, contrary to myths most nuclear warheads can not destroy large cities, more like destroy large city blocks.


And no one is going to protect Turkey if it decides to lob nuclear weapons at Russia. It's more likely that NATO would attack Turkey and then expel it from NATO.
