It matters. 300 km with 500 kg warhead is a base. U can have smaller warhead with slightly higher range and vice versa. USA did not sell Tomahawks with 450 kg warheads to Israel because of the MTCR.It depends on the missile's warhead as well. If its weight is less than 500 kg, the range doesn't matter. That's why Greece was able to buy the original SCALP EG after all.

I doubt there will be any indigenous Saudi cruise missiles in any observable future. Chinese can sell something, they dont give a damn about the MTCR.So is it possible to fit indigenous cruise missiles into these ships?
Or if they purchase cruise missiles from a separate nation and fit them on these? Is it workable?
