They are in learning phase and can not jump to develop 5th gen directly, so the way US is building 5th gen for so many countries while sharing some knowledge, they can take that route with much better tech sharing and learning option.

we also have alot usa planes but we put our systems wich some of them better then the americans from avionics and targeting pod electronic warfare air to air misslees radar that what we give us advanteg over other armies wich use same planes

So true and hats off to Israel for doing that it also eliminates the fears of any kill switches but allegedly you get everything with TOT (your own technology is also top notch no doubt) and the American sold you their goodies without any strings attached and last but not least a will to lead the world this all makes a lot of difference, we (Muslim world) on the other hand lacks all these luxuries

By the way why is it that Saudis never buy from Pakistan? I mean there are few small orders here and there but never big ticket items even though Pakistan and SA enjoy close military to military contacts and we have some advance hardware to offer.
