The Question is if the US or french Equipment will work if a War with Spain will take place(so called kill switches). Another Questions are Arms Embagos, likely when West Sahara Conflict will Escalate.

I don't believe in kill switches on F-16s, only on F-35s. In order to use kill switches you would have to have some type of network connection, and F-35s are the only aircraft with that ability.

F16 are also full Computerized, can morroccan Technicans change the Source Codes, or integrate by themself SOM ALCM for example ?
