If I do not remember it wrong, The development times of them were like following;

T-LAIADMIS - 5 years.
T-MAIADMIS- 7 years.

I think We would be able to see the first prototipes of Self propelled anti-aircraft gun in 2 years.

The amounts of them in serial production phase with development prices...
