Realistically speaking SK cannot do anything to NK. Seoul is so close to NK that even if Kim let's one rip from his fat arse, it would destroy SK economy. On the other hand, you send all the missiles and planes to NK and it wouldn't change a thing in NK as they've got nothing to lose.

An all out South Korea and American first strike on North Korea would destroy North's ability to respond

North Korea has a lot to lose especially their country and lives. Hence they haven't launch another invasion of South Korea. And South Korea is developing their own weaponry that can easily hit all of North Korea.

South Korea has already developed the ballistic missiles from ground to submarine launch as well as long range cruise missiles launch from ground to air to sea.
