Revolution in Pakistan?

.
I hope what you people are saying is true - Honestly We don't need leftist or right wingers in government.What we need is truly a centrist who have a vision to formulate our foreign policy and other issues.Our current Leadership is like a bunch of sellouts.It was disgusting to see Zardari and PM standing next to Richard Hellbroke in a Press Conference?Where the hell has protocol gone?We also need to distance ourselves from America vis-vis Strategic Relations.Economic Relations of course should be maintained.I don't think Military Relations are appropriate at the current moment considering the mindset of Pakistanis so it is very important that we don't get too close to Americans as population will see any such government as US Puppet too.Eventually; The US Pakistan Relations will die off due to rising Anti Muslim and Anti Pakistani Sentiment in States.So We should limit our relations and that will also limit Anti Americanism in Pakistan as people will have less conspiracy theories to deal with.Within the country I am sure Imran Khan is more then capable of running the country.

This revolution might be a bloodless mid term election or election under CJ of Supreme court. But Zardari and his party might try to use Sind Card. Which mean raising the slogan of breaking country.

Oh no they wont;
they can't use that card not now.

This just in but I am unable to confirm this.
since it makes sense so I will say anyway.

Imran Khan although under training may not be the final choice; since he is done too many "Gandi Baatein"
or he is just a decoy.
There is an underdog ; hint he is a pakistani but his roots are not.
and he is very popular.
only thing he is being taught is not to suck his master too much !

see I almost gave it away.

Guess whooooo ???

:D :D :D

Anyway I am very optimistic about future.I think Pakistani People have started to realize the misery.The Floods after all may have silver lining for Pakistan.It is the best time to have a revolution and remove feudals land ownners, waders etc and IMHO we're heading towards right thing.We're very critical of Pakistan and that is a good thing imo.That will surely bring some change.I mean look at INdian Defense Forums 75% the time they are putting out their hatred for Pakistan but we're indeed doing good work by discussing our internal matters.In the long term I hope Pakistani Population mindset also change and they also question the system.

Popular rumor has it that the game plan has already been set to institate Mush back with the help of Arabis. (King Abduallah of Saudi and Jordan) Because very soon Pakistan help will be needed in Jordan and Lebanon to counter Israeli threat. It might no be a millitary engagment but Pakistan can influence all parties on negotiation table. Such caliber is no where expressed in our Ghaddari.

No chance of Musharraf returning to power anytime soon. People of Pakistan (The Average Joe, The Masses) don't support him anymore. Propaganda against him has completely brainwashed the people of Pakistan. They'd rather see Zardari in-charge than Musharraf. That's a fact!

The educated youth might have a different opinion but then again, who listens to them? They're a minority!

Salman;

Can we get over the guessing game? As I mentioned earlier, constructive and useful debate is welcome.

proletariat revolution in pakistan is not possible. taliban can be looked as class struggle but it is hardly any thing similar. pakistanis have banned CPP, which would have probably the only source that would be have brought meaningful economic revolution. The lack of political left in Pakistan, certainly will only lead to fringe right.. religious revolution of which TTP are the main change agents. No other section is logistically capable of carrying out a true revolution.
The military can only carry coupes, but not bring any revolution since the military always wants to have some form of blessing from american masters.

I think people have a strong desire not to see democracy subverted this time around. However, Zardari quitting on his own or being let go in a no confidence/impeachment vote, would be constitutional.

As far as Pakistan is concerned, I think the saying "What does not kill you, only makes you stronger" applies. Calling it a bloody revolution is like discouraging the revolution, nobody wants that. People just want to make Pakistan stronger.

Another long march like incident is all that would be needed to send the government packing and signing resignations. Nothing bloody.
