come to Islamabad and you will find this hospital.
all the specialization in medical field is done after they complete their basic education to become a doctor.
checking blood pressure, urine tests and BMI etc can even be done by a nurse. and any doctor plastic surgeon or a children specialist is qualified to do it.

What is ur source to confirm this news is authentic? Seen indian posters including urself shooting down the "same" messenger that i sur own newspapers when put up,some story udont like calling it fake. Anyways ur source to verify this news authenticity?
