In Venezuela ( racially different to Libya ) they were implementing the Direct Democracy Socialism system which Hugo Chavez found in Libya and considered it worthy to implement it in his country.

Why are you obsessed with Iraqi and Libyan system

1. I am not obsessed with the pre-2003 Iraqi system but I must say that then the Iraqis had a stable governance system, lot better than what they have now.

are you having a comprehension issue, they (Iraq/Venezuela) mainly fighting within their countries, not fighting with other country and they have same religion/culture so that's why they solve their problems but India/Pakistan case is different not similar to India/Pakistan case, now tell me how can you eliminate so much hates between India and Pakistan

A small minority of "north indians". Less than 2% of india's total population. So at least 98% of india's total population have absolutely NO racial, genetic, DNA or cultural link to Pakistan whatsoever. A larger percentage of Iranians and Afghans have a racial, genetic or DNA link to Pakistan than india does. Should Pakistan, Iran and Afghanistan become one country then?..........

How can "reunificiation" take place when the there was no India before 1947? Both countries were created in 1947. If you want to take the situation to pre 1947 then we would need to recall our British masters and ask the Queen to reinstall the British Raj. Entailing raising the British Raj flag and bringing in a new Viceroy from London. Also Pakistan, Yemen [Aden], India, Burma [Myanmar], Bangla, Singapore etc would all have to be integrated. Also UAE, Bahrain etc would have to accept overlordship to the new Viceroy.
