The following is a list of demands from Saudi Arabia:

1) Early delivery of Mk.82 bombs, which can reasonably be assumed to be a Korean GPS guided bomb (KGGB) produced by LIG Nex1.

South Korea had already delivered several hundred kilobytes to Saudi Arabia in 2016 ahead of time, even with the withdrawal of some ROKAF stock (with the approval of the Ministry of National Defense and Air Force) to meet Saudi Arabia's emergency requirements.
Its stock should be low because of its participation in the civil war in Yemen.

2) Additional information about the "Cheongung" KM-SAM, also produced by the Ligg Nex1, and 14 other types of ammunition including 7.62 mm ammunition.

Saudi Arabia is looking for a flexible air defense system to protect field units from Iranian ballistic missiles and has reportedly been interested in KM-SAM for several years. It also operates PAC-2/3 Patriot missiles that act as a fixed point defense in strategic installations.

3) Additional information on South Korean air defense / unmanned doctrine.

Saudi Arabia has targeted several unmanned drone attacks by Iranian-backed Huthi forces and is looking to renew the doctrine of air defense, especially its low-altitude air defenses.

4) Create the Arabic version of the Raybolt ATGM Simulator.

As produced by LIG Nex1, Raybolt anti-tank missiles are widely used by Saudi Arabian forces in Yemen.

5) Training in special naval warfare for members of the Saudi Special Operations Forces.

South Korea has a SOF unit in the UAE for this purpose.

I think south Korea is one of best in everything good choice but there are a wide ground for Saudi to JV projects and my loved word ToT
Yes a lot of TOT, many major SK defence companies are/will open new JVs factories in KSA.. The relationship is mainly based on TOT for local production.. while the main weapon systems stay American.. it is good to have both..in the long run KSA will have its own potent defence industry and still be well armed in the meanwhile..South Africa is the other JVs partner..

At all KSA is west alley I don't think Russia bought sensitive weapons they have good relationship but Russia haven't friends in their policy
South Africa really make international standards weapons and they have problems to sale them this country like Ukraine is a library for Arab states for their defence industries
