They aren't refugees but economic emigrants . During 80's and 90's our Indo-BD boarder was porous that there was virtually no difference between India and BD .. And it was an easy joy ride for BDians with no fence. After reaching here they would make some fake voters id and ration cards and claim that they are Indian Bengalis .
