You don't seem to have business acumen, I have. I can run-though your company's PnL statement, provided you are employed and tell you how an Indian employee drives up the profitability for your firm.

Tell me this, why are all the technology companies creating centers of excellence in India and setting up R&D centers as well? All the top boutique consulting firms are recruiting from India and have extensive presence in India.
The days of pure outsourcing driving deals are long gone, Indians have risen up the value chain.

Mercy talk? Really? Americans do Business on Mercy talk? I am hearing for the first time how Americans will want to raise the standard of Living of People in India by giving them BPO(which have closed in India and moved onto Phillipines because it is cheaper to pay salaries there) instead of looking for low wages for the company profit.

So much fuss over a cow. I have witnessed India's obsession with animals including cows and monkeys in Lucknow and it is not pleasant. The only victim of all these animals roaming freely rather than being caged and we not being allowed to shoot them is the local people. In our area as muslim areas are rarely developed at par with other localities is us. Monkeys jump into the houses and cows at times gore into innocent bystanders. I hope common sense prevails and Indias obsession with letting animals run around freely ends.
