"Justice (retired) Wajihuddin Ahmed of the Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf" Errrrr..... Retired, and part of a political party? Case NOT closed.

ok whatever but that is an official copy of the doc that proves he did not have diplomatic immunity

What's the rush to jump to conclusions? Why don't we ALL calmly wait for the next court hearing? Minds are made up on both sides it seems, but I, for one, would like to see a formal process proceed, no matter how flawed it may appear to some, or how slow it seems to others. Let's see what happens.

I just want to see the faces of all those Pakistanis who trashed the idea of CIA operators present in Pakistan and termed all those who believed in them as "conspiracy theorists"..

Sir,

----I doubt very much if any pakistani member has ever stated the absence of cia operatives in pakistan----could you please dig a little deeper into it----. The fear of illegal cia operatives had always been there since day one and specially after the testing of the nucs in the late 90's---and after 9/11----was the base of cia operatives---legals and illegals.

Just top think that they won't be here is preposterous.

Russia is jumping into the fray a little too late----but it also wants to rub some salt in the open wounds as well---. British news papers are coming up with their own sensational theories----people----just read them for the moment for its face value and focus on the task at hand---. This incidence is going to unfurl like a drogue chute and take somebody down with it.

As mentioned early on in the now closed major thread on the failed robbery attempt on the person of Raymond Davis, who is a properly documented diplomat with the US Embassy in Islamabad and whose duties the US Embassay said openly some time back do require him to be armed as a part of his in Pakistan, which in the world's terminology is a "war zone" with terrorist suicide bomings and other terrorism acts daily...and Mr. Davis as certified on live TV by the President of the US is a diplomat and has full, 100% diplomatic immunity.

All this childish prattle is silly and merely serves to incite hate and anger among under informed but otherwise good but downtrodden Paksitanis who are on the margins of a feudal society in Pakistan.

There is no such thing as any nation having an Embassy in any nation which does not have as one of the fuctions of that Embassy of any nation the function of gathering human intelligence. That is true of the Pakistani Embassy in the US, the UK Embassy in Paris, etc, etc.

So what we still have here is two known criminals, crooks, who pulled off one documted robbery the same day before having a failed stick up robbery attempt on the person and life of Raymond Davis.

All this "James Bonb" stuff belongs in a movie theater but not taking up time and space on the PDF which otherwise serves us all quite well with past, present, and hoped for future military matters of common interest.

I think the word of the US Embassy has no meaning, in fact if US-Pakistan ties keep deteriorating as more revelations are made, especially the kind where he is supplying Nuclear and biological weapons know-how - a revelation made by a third party, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, especially if that Task Force number is confirmed somehow... Perhaps you can do it, being part of the US military?

It's a severe violation, and when it comes to terrorism and finding out Americans have a hand in that monstrosity known as the TTP... I would even want to put Obama on trial for that, forget Davis, he is a goner, you need to worry about Obama and put a leash on his terrorist collaboration.

I hear you AE,
I hope you will agree that the innocent bystander who got run over by the US Embassy vehicle was also innocent. he posed no danger to the "innocent" and "selfless" Raymond did he?

please quote me any clause in Vienna convention that states that the diplomats should run over people and run away from the scene and refuse to come clean after repeated requests by the host country about the vehicle and the driver involved in such incident?

so if an Iranian or Mexican diplomat runs over someone in Texas, can you tell me how many bullet holes will his body have?

Please don’t ignore my post yet again?

God Bless the innocent
Amen

Finally an admission by US media itself that they hid his CIA status on demand of Obama administration.

http://www.nytimes.com/2011/02/22/world/asia/22pakistan.html?_r=1&pagewanted=2

Man that's huge, it pretty much confirms EVERYTHING that has been said about him. From Americans now! Irony, American 2 days in a row, after rubbishing something...

So well, Americans, British, Russians and of course Pakistanis... All say Obama's a liar, will the real American public please stand up? You need to prove that you're the kind of nation that will not allow its leadership to support the very enemies it set out to kill when it started this war 10 years ago.

AA: As I have said before, RD was only doing his assigned duties and serving his country. What do you want the public here to do?

Thats correct. he was serving his country. Let us serve ours. What is the punishment for spies in the US or any other country?

Unlike Pakistan's ISI, factually the US CIA publishes it's information annually in a book entitled: CIA FACT BOOK, which title is followed by the year in question, as in CIA FACT BOOK 2010 OR 2011.

Therein your will find basic statistics on the politicis of any given nation where the US has an Embassy; the population; the Gross National Product; the sectors of that nation's economy, business, agricutlure, fishing, whatever. You will also find average income in US dollars per annum. Likewise you will find transportation data on each nation. Etc.

This is really "exciting" stuff, right?

The military Attache system of any nation, in all nation's overseas Embassies, basic purpose is to gather military intelligence. UK Military Attached to the US gathers military data on the US, largely from open, published souces, and the US does the same from the US Embassy in London, largely from published sources, too.

The great difficulty that some writing on this site avoid discussing openly is the fact that within Pakistan it, as a nation, is at war with the terrorists and terrorism, with the violent Taliban and al Qaida. You would have to be deaf, dumb, and blind not to read and watch on daily TV, or hear on Pakistani radio stations the every day murder by terrorists of innocent Paksitan men, women, and children, all purportedly in the "name" of their harsh version of Islam, which the terrorists wish to cram down the throats of all Paksitanis, Muslims and non-Muslims alike.

There is no simply solution to end religious terrorism. But "thinking and feeling" Pakistanis should focus their hate, animosity, and conern for a better future for themselves, their children, and their nation against the terrorists, not against allies such as NATO who are helping Paksitan defeat militarily the terrorists.

Many folks inside Paksitan seem not to realilize that Pakistan is a "NATO Affiliate" and derives significant economic benefits from this quasi NATO relationship. Pakistan has a guest of honor seat at the NATO Table, literally, anytime Pakistan wants to fill that seat with one of it's military or government dignitaries. This NATO Affiliation began under former President Musharraf and continues today.

Mature readers and writers on this site probably know what I have written here. Those who don't understand or care about these hard facts are whether they mean to be or not the enemies of a victorious Pakistan which nation while in the incubation stage of your version of democracy still is no longer a military dictatorship.

Pakistan Zindabad! God Bless America!

Right, I'm just thinking that the support to TTP, would mean that he was assigned that duty by higher ups leading all the way to Langley? In that case I would imagine, the average joe American would not appreciate his country supporting terrorists and should do something about it. Call an American Day of Anger! Now that would be something! Everybody assumed, Pakistan would Egyptify, why not America?
