Obviously they were going to do this, no drone strikes was making people suspicious.

Pakistan can easily shoot down drones, these are not stealth drones.

Raymond does not have immunity according to

Hi,

That is not a big news---there are a thousands of them working on contract for the agency---as these contract workers don't get any benefits from the govt---that is why they are paid quite a bit more than others. Special forces operators are in high demand---and specially Davis---if he was in contact with those in the fata----. It was a mistake for the police to interrogate him---it was a big big error-0---the police inspector was acting like an idiot---having no clue what to say to this man----he should have been handed over to a more professional group of people and put under psychological pressure right away.

Right now if you are a pushtu bi-lingual translator ready to be dispatched out with the foot soldiers into the war zone---you can get around $200k a year---. Just a regular linguistic analyst in farsi, baluchi, barohi, pushtu, dari can get around $70--$100k sitting here in the U S---working for the intel agy's.

I'm not surprised that RD is a CIA spy. Back in 2003, nearly two dozen CIA spies were caught in Italy for trying to kidnap a man to be tortured for information. They have been caught, tried, and sentenced to five years in Italian prison.

I hope Pakistan is able to try RD and bring him to justice.

CIA Spy Captured Giving Nuclear Bomb To Terrorists|Islamabad Times Online

Today, according to this SVR report, this most critical of situations became even worse when a Pakistani judge refused to bow to American pressure and ordered a further 14-day detention of Davis, and which sparked an immediate threat from US National Security Advisor Tom Donilon, who told Pakistani envoy Hussain Haqqani that the Obama administration will “kick him out of the US”, close American consulates in Pakistan and cancel President Zardari’s upcoming visit to Washington if their CIA spy wasn’t released immediately.

This guy is a big fish. I really hope everything he knows is revealed to public.

I am sure China and Russia would be more than willing to help us in this matter. We should definitely look for their help.

The thing in this case is
The Americans did not appear for trial and are not in custody, but the ruling could effectively make them international fugitives.

We could sentence Raymond Davis to death, or life imprisonment-- but what will be the use if he is being sent back home any how- the ruling becomes void-

Pakistan Intelligence Considers US Gunman CIA

ISLAMABAD, Feb 21, 2011 (AFP) -A Pakistani intelligence official said on Monday that an American official arrested last month for killing two men on motorcycles was working undercover for the CIA.

"It is beyond any shadow of a doubt that he was working for CIA," an official from Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) agency told AFP on condition of anonymity.

The official said the shooting in broad daylight at a busy junction on January 27 in the eastern city of Lahore and Pakistan's subsequent arrest of Raymond Davis had damaged relations with the Central Intelligence Agency.

"He's on contract. He's not a regular CIA guy, but he's working for CIA. That's confirmed," the Pakistani official said.

"He was sort of working behind our backs. Normal CIA guys -- we know who they are. We interact with them regularly. We know they're CIA, but in this particular case we had no knowledge of him," the official added.

Here goes the case- proving him that he was not a CIA agent but working for CIA will be a uphill task- oblique chances of any success- The way i see it they are disposable assets- Not be owned in worst case scenarios-

-- Any how- The pressure being put into GoP for his release- including from the president- Hillary- senator- etc -- makes us to believe he is more than CIA- some thing more Big- maybe a whale in fish pond-
