If not,. then I am afraid, Mr. 'ThinkTank', it only reinforces my individual conclusion from what I see is the level of discourse in this forum, and off lately of Pakistan (from terrorists to Govt. to army) of blaming everything on RAW.

the reason they says for india's poor performance in security is:
