But hey @BDforever, Pakistanis call these freedom fighters as terrorists trained in India!!

So, I ask our BD friends to please elucidate. Were they terrorists or freedom fighters?

. .
Just look at his mentality @syedali73 if every Bengali is like him then we should be glad these people are not part of Pakistan today .
Hence I elected not to reply. Not all but many Bengalis are of this mentality. Yes, we should be glad that they are no longer with us.

The year 1971 was the worst in Pakistans history and it was because we severely mistreated our own people which was a vast majority. Yahya Khan, Niazi, Tikka Khan and Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto for me are the most hated leaders of the country. Just so that he could stay in power Bhutto sacrificed half the country. He also threatened to break the legs of Bengalis who voted. Many will claim it was RAW but RAW only used a situation created by us.

I think we should remember that in 1945 we proposed a very similar deal. We Muslims of the subcontinent said that we would stay in a united India if we were given the right to self governance for muslim majority provinces and were treated fairly, in fact by our own rules and regulations. It was exactly the same thing the Bengalis wanted in 1971. It was simply a matter of giving a small concession and our country would have remained united. Unfortunately we played right into the hands of RAW.

It is my dream that Bengal and Pakistan become one again. My heart weeps that a land that was with us during Jinnah's time is now so out of our grasp that no one is even thinking in Bengal to be with us. Such a horrible crime we have committed against people I still, to this day consider fellow Pakistanis.

I wish to apologize to our Bengali brothers. For the killings the brutality and the power-hunger of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. The break up of Pakistan was a division of our blood as all Muslims of South Asia once aspired together for their goal of independence from India.

It was meant to happen

Yes I learnt from history and I know the real worth of traitor Bengalis like you .Though not every Bengali is like you .
OP should not open this thread on PDF in the first place, better go celebrate your victory on some hindu or Bangladeshi forum.
If u open your eyes, you will see it's not a celebration but just a reference to a time in history. Your insecurity is going to destroy you, relax.

Are you really a moron? I think so. WTF has sanitation got to do with the topic? It's you who is trolling as is your habit.

Your posts always stink to hell and high heaven. So get your own sanitation fixed first!

That foolish and racial demand was neither accepted then (by none other than the father of the nation), nor was it ever made later, otherwise Punjabi would be declared as the national language. It was not about how many were Bengalis and if others were less but about the diversity of the cultures and languages. We needed one language that was not the mother tongue of any ethnicity yet understood by all, and it was/is only one language, Urdu. Racist Bengalis did not get it then, nor do we expect them to understand it now.
dude what kind of a mindset is this ? if someone doesn't
agree with your point of view then ,he/she becomes a racist ? where did you get that from ? so ok , lets see it from another perspective now shall we? so according to your own principle, you didn't agree to live with Hindus & parted ways, so on that count you were racist ? come on now Pal' be fair, if you do its fine, but if its them then its racist , racist or not, but what you wrote is surely hypocrisy

No but actually there were Bengalis of his mentality who caused this incident .Yes right not every Bengali think like him. I met some Bengalis abroad and they were few best people i ever met so far and later we became good friends.Despite what happened in 1971 their attitude to me was like they met someone from their home .

This thread is destined to be doomed.

The topic of BD freedom has been discussed to death,
