Tel Aviv is definitely a better city than Delhi and Mumbai. There is no comparison.

hardly anyone visits that place...its not a global city..nothing influential happens there..Mumbai is home to world's largest film industry,world's largest SE by no. of companies and Asia's oldest SE,richest man in Asia and famous landmarks.....and Delhi is even better..Tel Aviv is just one sparsely populated well planned city with some freaks and hippies.
