Poison, I really do pity you. So your source of Pride is number of Billionaires. You sure must love Oligarchies. Unless you belong to one of those 66 families that own 33% of India, I cannot help myself. This absolute concentration of wealth in the hand of few individuals.
I live in one of the cities that ranks below Mumbai, that city will screw Mumbai a zillion times over, in terms of quality of life for average person.
as if cursing your country on a forum is gonna do any good !! come out of your shell and do social work if you really wanna have sustainable development !! i dont see a point in discussing how unequal distribution of wealth in my country is !! will it do any good to the poor ?? and these millionairs do make me proud !! they are the source of ample of employment and much more !!

Quality of Life
1.Paris
2.Berlin
3.Toronto
4.Frankfurt
5.London
6.Zurich
7.Tokyo
8.Munich
9.New York
10.Los Angeles
Paris has been plagued by ethnic riots, has massive ghettos on its outskirts that are no go zones, is massively overpriced and has immense traffic problems and makes it to number one. I stopped believing in these "rankings" years ago.
As for London, being born and raised there I have to say that was the joke of the century. The native population is fleeing London to experience a better quality of life. All that is left behind is the financial centre, where people commute in, third world ghettos packed full of asylum seekers, mainly Kurds, Somalis and Afghans and world class shopping areas, which are again centrally located and don't represent London as a whole. Oh you also have the landmarks.

any american citie should just be deleted from that list, pick almost any major city in america and compare it to tokyo when it comes to murders and crimes, who would top the list? i personaly would rather live in russia than usa when it comes to safety, because i dont know if the person walking next to me carries a gun?
i've been to paris lots lots time`(2-3 times every year) and i think its overrated``amsterdam is way much better..
chinese cities need to deal with pollution first in order to catch up, but those political freedom and censorships are irrelevant to me`
