Nope, not according to Wikipedia, they have only helicopters & other fixed wing aircrafts

see the table in it, it has many fighters & strategic bombers which is included in the count. Yes its a huge no. if we see they don't have carriers!

As per the chief of Indian navy, in 10 years Indian Navy will have 500 aircrafts in it's fleet with 100+ fighters, this will make our Naval Air Arm in top three among the world, even better than some of the countries airforces

both fixed wing & rotating (that means heli's) are included in the count.

Not a big deal. If we had a budget of $7 Billion dedicated to military then at least we accept that $3 Billion for PA, $2.5 Billion for PAF and $1.5 Billion for PN then we might have 11 P-3C, 7 Saab-2000/CN295MPAs, 5 P-3C AEW&Cs, 21 EH-101s, 11 Z-9EC, 7 AS-550N and 50 Fighters like JF-17s from Block-IIs and IIIs. And a separate budget for R&D that military does.

Bro i dont want to offend you or something but that is short minded thinking. Alot of the Military budget goes mainly to repairing, Maintaining and Training. After that you will only have a fraction of the budget to buy or make news machines.
