Needless to say, though related to this forum only remotely, pressing one's views especially religious on the weak or oppressed or occupied is everything BUT CHRISTIAN
Our friends here S-2 and Gambit here are Catholics.
United States is a White Anglo Saxon Protestant ( WASP ) nation ( thats the power base irespective of the claim that they are secualr etc etc ) and deep underneath they wont give this much space to the other sect ( i.e Catholics )!
Islam is the fastest growing religion in the United States, with 20,000 converting each year, mainly among African Americans and Whites, including a few Latinos
90% of US army has no interest in religion at all so they can't be called Christian Army, they are just doing their duty for the pay.

believe it or not the bot US and Taliban are doing the same. What's wrong with proselytizing so long as it is not done at the barrel of a gun?

"...what makes US forces think they can convert Afghans in less than 10 year rule"
Saving heathens from eternal damnation one soul at a time...
...the U.S. Army.
