Defense deal is not all about Black or White but has shades of grey...This I read it one article. There are lot of powerful forces involved in any major deal and there will be intense lobbying. You cannot just do this deal like any civilian deal and 'laddus' will freely change hand.
I will favor a minister who may make some money out of the deal but also make sure that the defense forces gets their equipments that they want on time than a minster who blacklists manufacturers and stalls defense procurement by years.
