Quran found guilty?

does anyone know the story behind this? The guy in the video is the same pastor, named Terry Jones who tried to convince Americans to burn the Quran a few months ago. But why this time?

I dont think this is actual court room. Somebody did the mischief. It clearly looks like a set.
