yes US don't allow to sell F-15 to "PAK" because "KSA" already having F-15,s So in case of war other Ally country could supply their crafts to other..and secondly Pakistan prefer to single engine Aircraft because they are cost effective and F-15 is expensive Aircraft and also costly to maintain...

American have never been a reliable ally & supplier. From the past what PAF has learnt is to decrease its reliance on US.
Jews and Indian lobby is very strong in US they will never allow US to sell an any advance weapon system to PAF.
Over a period of time JF17 blck-3 will shrink the qualitative gap then J-31 will come into play.
Euro fighter, Rafale and American systems have all same political effects on PAF especially pak being an only Muslim nuclear state

Look PAF has 85 F16s which constitutes Block 52 +and lower blocks are upgraded to block 50 , F16s can encounter SU30 mki, While PAF has developed JF17 thunder with advanced avionics , bvr and electronic warfare suite block 2 is to be rolled out with air refuelling probe , 50 is rolled out while block 2 is coming out , JF17 thunder backed by Awacs ZDK is very lethal and can counter Mirages . But going straightway to SU30/35 is not that easy it's not possible to come out of Chinese influence so quick but yes slowly slowly pak has to improve its relations with the neighbors to create a parallel alliance to neutrilze the U.S. influence by increasing more Russian defense products in pak army
