also when you pray you say asalom alayk ayuha alnabi wa ra7matallah wa barakatuh. so do you not believe that the prophet responds to the salaam, is it considered worship since your directing speech to a "dead" person.

They are in Turkey, under Americain control and under Americain possessionmanned by Americain soldiers. Israel, when it needed them against Saddam's scud, they were transferred (given) to them and they were manned by Israelis. That's a big difference! Israelis are judged capable and given the means, if you were, with your long long long NATO membership, they would have extended the same courtesy, but their evaluation of the combativeness of your forces is not that high, that their reason behind the 400 troops that they sent to protect the patriots for fear that they may fall in Syrian troupes. Muta was allowed during the prophets time and later prohibited by Umar. the rules of muta is it cannot only be used are known. A virgin cannot marry muta. It is only allowed for divorced women.The verse I quoted is from the quran.

Umar said, while on the pulpit: "O folk! Three were (allowed) during the time of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&HF), and I forbid them, and make them Haraam, and punish on them. They were: Mut'a of women, Mut'a of Hajj (pilgrimage), and saying 'Hayya Ala Khair al-Amal'."

Imam Ali is the first calipha. the calipha is appointed by god and his messenger and not by the people. that is clearly stated in the quran.

"... We have ASSIGNED you (Abraham) as Imam (leader) for people ..."

(Moses said: "O' Allah) ASSIGN me a vizier from my family, (that is)
my brother Aaron (Haroon) ...," (Allah) said: "We granted your
requests, O' Moses." (Quran 20:29-36).

"Surely We gave the book to Moses and ASSIGNED his brother Aaron as
his vizier." (Quran 25:35).

"... And Moses said unto his brother Aaron: Take my place among the
people." (Quran 7:142).

now what does the prophet say about Ali?

The Messenger of Allah said to Ali: "Your position to me is like the
position of Aaron (Haroon) to Moses, except that there shall be no
Prophet after me"

also another incident about cursin imam ali, i copied this from the reference of sahih bukhari above, the wesite adith 5924

Number 5924:Sahl b. Sa'd reported that a person from the offspring ofMarwan was appointed as the governor of Medina. He called Sahlb. Sa'd and ordered him to abuse All Sahl refused to do that.He (the governor) said to him: If you do not agree to it (atleast) say: May Allah curse Abu Turab. Sahl said: There was noname dearer to All than Abu Turab (for it was given to him bythe Holy Prophet himself) and he felt delighted when he wascalled by this name.


so according to sahih these sahaba are just as guilty as the shia for cursing on of the most important sahabi, Ali ibn abi talib
