The Pakistani establishment seem to know a lot more than me, they are taking actions against these groups in a hurry before the session in May which decides on the fate of promotion/demotion from grey list.

No it is not. India appears squeaky clean in front of the world and looks as innocent as new born baby. This is a fact nobody can deny.

Unfortunately on the other hand. Across most of the world Pakistan is just another name for terrorism, extremism and trouble. That is why when showing up at airports with a Pakistan passport gets alarm bells ringing. In fact my experiance has been even with British passport if it has Pakistan entry stamp on it attracts suspicion. Questions like "have you been to Pakistan and if so why' are routine. Pakistan looks as dirty as they come.

So what gives? Well the blunt truth is both India and Pakistan have as much claim to being 'terrorist' as each other. The recent release of the Samjouta Express bombers, retired Indian Army officers invovement in supply of explosives. Gujrat genocide as the no less than current PM of Modi's hands dribbling in blood. This was acknowledged fact as Modi was widely blamed across the world for the genocide. The reality was India voted a internationally infamous terrorist as Prime Minister making joke of Indian's pointing fingers at Masood Azhar. The equivalent would be Pakistan votes Masood as PM.

So what gives?


Simple. I saw this coming in early in 1990s. I remember talking with a friend about this over two decades ago. You see the Indian terrorism deadly and bloody as it is has always been directed at either Pakistan or minorities on the fringe within India. That the targets of Indian terrorism is Pakistan or weak groups within India who have no voice like Muslims, Dalits or even Christians who mostly form the bottom layer of Indian society. essenetially nobody gives a flying fcuk about them. Thus India can kill Indian Muslims, Dalits etc or engage in terrorism activities within Pakistan as we saw reports of Indian sponsorship of MQM and the violence in that city. However non of this rings bells in New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Brussels etc. Thus you see little to no media coverage over this. Result India walks away squeeky clean even when it has a terrorist as PM.

Now going back to two decades ago and Pakistan. The 'terrorism' directed by Pakistan or Pakistani's or people of Pakistan origin has got distracted. Instead of only targeting India we ended up shooting a shotgun which hit not only India but New York, London, Paris etc and thus brought the world on India;s side. This began when in 1990s Kashmiri separatists killed some Europeans backpackers in the valley. This brought international condemnation which India used to sail it's argumant as the victim. Then we had Pakistani citizens involved in CIA attack, 1992 Twin Tower attack. This was just the begining. By 2000s Pakistan terrorism was hitting the streets of New York, London and western targets inside Pakistan were regularly attacked. India used this opportunity to show that the west was victim of the same monster as they were inside Kashmir and India. With Mumbai attacks just about cementing this.

Result world bodies began to take action against Pakistan. In a sense we made this situation for ourselves. If I say India is my enemy rest of the world will remain uninterested. If I say India, Israel, USA is evil then sure I will be helping to ring trouble on myself from the world.

After Gujrat massacres if RSS Hindu extremists had hit London, New York, killed Americans in India and then Modi had given speaches about the evil Israel, USA and the west today India would be in bother like Pakistan is ~ even if because it is bigger it might weather it better.
