PPP increased the basic salary 50% once and 10% in the following years from 2009 till 2013, but they lost miserably. Lahore didn't support Khan. PTI only got 4 seat out of 14 which is approx 27 percent seats. In 2013 they got 1 only. So lahoris never supports Khan. But if you want to compare, lahore is till getting more money than karachi. And since 2013 pakistan's prime minister is coming from Lahore and it will continue to do so until strong establishment is here.

Imran khan is a national leader but shareef is a punjabi leader and its party is a regional ethnic party. Pmln a national party? Damn winning only from punjab can't make it a national party. Pmln is an ethnic racist party. After pti I would say PPP is a national party but people like you unfortunately can't understand the difference because the world starts and ends from 1 region. You forgot jag punjabi jab teri pug nu lag gaya dagh.
Don't make presidents from karachi or sindh next time plz. Nobody wants Powerless and ceremonial position.

Ideally on National Level , you should be able to click on MNP who won a seat in Election they all should have their private profile , and under it they should show case the projects they did in their locality so every one can see what they accomplished during their term

If Prime Minister of Pakistan , suspects that Provincial Government is not doing enough for a region , he can suggest a review from a Panel , which can eventually decide Federal Intervention as part of constitution.

Constitution of Pakistan states clearly when there will be conflict of interest between Federal Level vs Provincial Level , Federal Interest will always be "FIRST"


Federal Law Passed in Parliament Takes more importance over any Law or resolution Passed in Provincial Parliament

Prime Minister can force Karachi to be a Federal State and Pass a law in Parliament . Sindh Can't do much

Simple English:
"Federal Resolution Passed by Parliament at Federal Level will Null and Void any Resolution passed by Provincial Assembly"



Technically if Prime Minister Imran Khan , passes a Law from Federal Level , that states Karachi must be a "Federal Region" no law at Province Level can go against it it will be considers Void = cancelled

There is nothing PPP can do to prevent Karachi being a Federal Economic City Zone

I am really surprised why no one at Federal Level has ever executed this Part of Constitution may be they never realized this line exists !!


Very Simple Process

1- Prime Minister Imran Khan , asks one of his ministers in Federal Assembly to bring forth a Law , which demands Karachi to be converted to Federal City

2- Bill is proposed in Parliament from PTI

3- Voting is done if Passed , Karachi gets status for Federal City and Own Administration

4- Sindh Assembly can attempt to change this appointment but they won't be able to contest it because their Law is less in value vs Federal Resolution . They can debate about it in Sindh Assembly but they won't be able to change the Federal Level decision.

5- After Karachi is a Federal City they get their own budget

I told you. Pmlund is an ethnic racist party but your world starts from lahore and ends it there. Pmlund is a punjabi party. Pmlund choose Pm from shareefs. Pmlund choose ministers from punjab.
