I have decided not to vote to anyone.

Vote or not, the rest of the voting public living in Pakistan will get to vote. You may not like the candidates (that's the secret about democracy, you only get to pick from the approved list); you can write in a candidate as people do in other countries. A popular choice is Mickey Mouse.

Isnt it still better to chose a party that is "incompetent" over the one which is competent at being evil?

Dilemma..

Another problem of our people i.e not to vote. What do you think is going to happen if you dont vote? People of one party or the other will still come to power.
Anyway its your personal decision but do hope that down the road you change your decision and cast your vote keeping pros and cons of all the parties exiting and otherwise in your mind. IK is not unstable he is just too damn blunt for the taste of many and overstates himself many a times but one thing anyone can say about him is that he is not a traitor and will not sell Pakistans interest for personal gains.

We are Pakistani's, not outsiders. If we wish to, we can travel to vote, or setup to vote by proxy, and soon we will vote online, once NADRA completes the project.

1. Are you Pakistani or Azad Kashmiri? If you are Kashmiri then you can only vote in Azad Kashmir which has its own election afaik.
2. Do travel to Pak and vote then.
3. Nadra/Online/Vote? It should be done sooner than later for overseas Pakistanis not for dual nationals. Dual citizenship shouldn't be allowed to begin with.

They should be. Kashmir should be the 6th province of Pakistan imo. Though I am ok with the current arrangement too. It's for them to decide.

Azad Kashmir is semi autonomous state in Pakistan.
They have their own election, parliament, prime minister, president, flag etc.
Pakistan is responsible for their defence + currency + passport.
Pakistanis are not allowed to buy property there but Kashmiris can buy in Pakistan.
They can vote in Pakistan if they are registered voters there. Like I am a registered voter in Karachi although my parents are from Punjab/KPK.
